Gamer Randy Nunez is not happy with all of the bugs and glitches he's finding in Halo 3. So not happy that he's taking Bungie and Microsoft to court.
Nunez and others claim that "Halo 3 consistently causes the Xbox 360 to 'crash,' 'freeze' or 'lock up' while the game is being played."
According to Joystiq, the filing states that Microsoft and Bungie haven't taken any steps to correct these mistakes within the game, nor have they attempted to recall it.
I can just picture the judge sighing, rubbing his eyes, and walking out of the courtroom without saying a word. Good luck with all this.
