Those sad about not being able to control the Flood in Halo Wars will be happy to know that they'll get the chance in the upcoming Risk: Halo Wars boardgame.
In Risk: Halo Wars, which will hit shelves this year, players can control the UNSC, Covenant, or the Flood as they battle over six sectors, containing 42 territories. The game will follow the Risk: Black Ops play style, which allows for shorter games.
What's up with the developers of risk milking almost EVERYTHING that's violent and popular? I mean lord of the rings was somewhat acceptable, The star wars version was kinda pushing it. Now we have halo... a lot people who bought the originals (me included) aren't about to drop another 30 bucks or more for a clone with halo wallpaper paraded on it.

Maybe, but a lot of people (myself included) are going to do just that.
Awesome idea. I still wish they would come out with a chess set though (serious).
